Q: [Do you replace meters]
A: [We liaise with appropriate professionals who specialize on meter replacements and meter upgrades. We report faulty meters and have them replaced.]

Q: [What methodology and procedures do you use]
A: [We physically read all the meters each month and do not work on estimates, we make use of either printed 'Reader Books' for each round, or we download round information to 'Hand Held Terminals', which our meter reader teams get to do the readings. Once we receive the round information back we either capture the readings in our MetAudit and MetAnalytics systems or upload the information from the 'Hand Held Terminals' to our systems. This information is then analyzed and variances are identified where we do physical re-readings to make sure the information is correct before we either 'electronically' transfer this information back to the council's 'SAP' or 'Venus' systems or do the required billing and analysis reports for our private and corporate clients.]
