MetAudit Meter Management Software
MetAudit is
a sophisticated advance meter reading management system. The system’s detailed features include the management
of staff; record-keeping of all clients, meters, properties,
consumers and readings; and contains many well designed management reports. The MetAudit
software is primarily used to record all meter-reading information
for corporate clients and local
authorities. The software has electronic data import, export and EFT
facilities which integrates with systems such as SAP and VENUS.
Developed
for the Microsoft Server Platform utilizing MsSQL database typology. Client user
installations are performed on the user's PC and is supported on
platforms such as XP, Vista, Windows 7 to 11 machines.

MetCo Meter Cutoff Management Software
In
addition to the main system, we have developed an integrated module
MetCO, for managing the disconnection and reconnection of meters
identified by our client companies or municipality.

- Import cut-off assignments from an Excel file
- Insert/Update reconnections received from customer via e.g. Mobile Data Terminal (MDT), phone, fax or Excel file, etc.
- Quickly assign cutoffs to coppers and create printouts for daily work
- Capture information daily of all disconnections and reconnections, for tracking and reporting
- Export captured information to file
- Manage employees, including the calculation of monthly fees to contractors
- View reports e.g. Daily Activity Report for a specific Copper, Area or contractor
